Lindsay Lohan may be a free woman in 24 hours ... based on new developments in the case.
As TMZ first reported, all signs are pointing to Lindsay Lohan being released from UCLA this week -- and we're hearing it will happen tomorrow. Judge Elden Fox has decided not to issue an order today, but rather he will make a decision tomorrow at 8:30 AM PT.
As we've told you, the doctors at UCLA think Judge Marsha Revel's mandate that Lindsay spend 90 days in rehab is excessive, and they are recommending an early release.
Sources tell us going into last weekend, the plan was for a Wednesday release, and all signs now point to Judge Fox releasing Lindsay tomorrow morning and ordering outpatient care.

With all her problems, I think they are making a mistake to let this girl leave rehab early. If you are a recovering alcoholic or drug addict, you don't drink EVER. You don't party till the wee hours of the morning in places that promote drunkeness. So she beat the system yet again. SHOCKER!!!!!!!

What an injusstice this is to Lindsay. She cannot possibly get the help she needs or learn her lesson this way. She has however learned that you can li cheat steal and manipulate your way out of any situation. The original Judge had it right. This girl has issues. They found a smart person to dig into everything and find a loophole out. Adderall and the misdiagnoses. Give me a break. The girl abuses alcohol and cocaine to name only 2..as well as a plethera of other drugs and she committed some serious crimes more than once. Yet she sevres barely any jail time and now her rehab which was short to begin with is cut into what 1/4 of the time? She wont learn anything. She wont get better. She will just get better at manipulating the system and people around her. Sam should run...
This is another tragedy waiting to happen. Everyone involved should be ashamed. Especially the UCLA IDIOTS...I mean DOctors who fell for this.
