Regarding Nicky lying on her resume...most Americans fudge something. Experience, education, whether they speak French or had a 4.0 GPA. With Mexicans, it's about an SSI number. So which is worse? Or is that subtle racism?

2. What does Gloria want Whitman to do, what is the case?
3. Does Gloria have a duty as an officer of the court to notify the specific agencies about her client's status?
4. The letter that Gloria produced says: "Moreover, this letter makes no statement about your employee's immigration status." And that employers taking actions would be held responsible. THIS LETTER IS SPECIFICALLY STATED TO NOT BE ABOUT IMMIGRATION.
5. How did the maid collect these other letters, over time, that were all in the trash at different dates. The letters are unopened?
6. Gloria is a Super-delegate for the democrats, doesn't her status of that cause a conflict of interest, that the court would not allow.

yes, i caught a bit of it, and it's pretty accurate. tmz is everywhere and is often the first to report news, ie michael jackson. i love tmz and i highly respect them.
