Oksana Accused Another Actor Of Abuse

10/1/2010 12:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Oksana Grigorieva accused actor Timothy Dalton of the some of the same abusive conduct she is now alleging against Mel Gibson ... multiple sources tell TMZ.

Oksana Timothy Dalton
Our sources -- who were privy to the allegations when Oksana made them -- say Oksana complained to Mel and later to her lawyers that she was the victim of Dalton's "rages."  We're also told she complained to Mel and her lawyers that Dalton had allegedly abused her physically.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is in possession of at least one email from Oksana to Mel in which she claims Dalton physically abused her.

As far as we can tell, Oksana never went to law enforcement to complain about Dalton and absolutely no action was ever taken against the actor.  There has never been any evidence presented of abuse on Dalton's part.

We're told ... L.A. County Sheriff's Department investigators in the Mel Gibson matter were made aware of Oksana's claims regarding Dalton ... partly because it could show an M.O. on Oksana's part.

We called Dalton for comment and Dalton called Daniel Horowitz, Oksana's lawyer.  Horowitz says, "Dalton said that he spoke with Oksana and they both agreed that anyone claiming there was abusiveness in the relationship is a liar and it is a complete fabrication."  Horowitz says Dalton told him, "Oksana and I are still friends to this day."

As for Oksana telling Mel and lawyers that Dalton was abusive, Horowitz says, "That is a complete lie.  I challenge anyone making this claim to show their face."  And Horowitz says, "This is an attack on Oksana and Tim's son, because this is going to hurt him by false allegations that his father is a loser the way Mel Gibson is a loser. Tim Dalton is not Mel Gibson.  He's a fine human being."

Oksana tells TMZ, "Tim is a wonderful father.  We have a great relationship.  Any implication that he ever struck me is untrue.  He is a very private person and I would like people to respect his privacy and to recognize the sanctity of the love of my son for his father.  This is just another vicious attack on my family."

Perhaps T.D do not want to tell if he has been extorted by Oksana because he is afraid it will be bad for his son if the mother will be put in jail. Team Mel Sweden!

Soprn...I have to say I totally disagree with your comparison if OxSanity situation to Sean's movie, that's a serious stretch in my eyes, but everyone interprets their own perception

Alex aka Christofer had a stubborn father, who was abusive to his mother & left the children of the family in despair. When he grew up, he left for good not to return

I won't say anymoe.

Sorntolc, you are creepy, you don't know this child yet you are so fixated on him.

You starts to sound like a paedophile. You behavior is really bizarre.

Alex was no longer a boy, he was 22 when he left the family & the fraeky people he met on the road became his sisters, brothers, parents & grandparents & many were amazed by this boy/lad/dude & his virtues.

Go see the film yourself, you should!

Yesterday I watched Sean Penn's "Into the Wild", an amazing film, better than I expected, knowing on beforehand the many details of Jon Krakauer's book. Even two freaky Danes on vacation are portrayed & all the other skewed people he met, served with quotes of Tolstoy, Thoreau & good music, a worthy antheme for the freaks of the world!

But the underlying theme is domestic violence & suppression. The destiny of Alex Supertramp (RIP) & his left back family has many similarities to the present story. Alex was such a bright & spiritual boy, who had to leave it all behind, soon as he realized the lies & hypocrisis of society, he had to react & reach for a deeper understanding of life.

Sorn So you are a little more clearer of what the movie was about and the character that Chris McCandless was in life. This is what the story is about based on the book's author interview with the family about Chris and his personality for the book:

Into the Wild, by Jon Krakauer, tells the true story of Chris McCandless, a young man who cut all ties with his family after graduating from college and went to live off the land in the Alaskan wilderness.

In 1992, McCandless spent nearly four months living in the woods near Denali National Park in an abandoned bus, where his dead body was ultimately found. He was 24.

Krakauer wrote Into the Wild with the cooperation of the McCandless family. And when director Sean Penn called to ask about the movie rights, Krakauer told him the family would have to agree.

"They're courageous people, the family, and they thought, 'No, we're OK with it, as long as it's true, we'll be fine,'" Krakauer tells Melissa Block.

Although anger at his parents is part of McCandless' motivation, Krakauer emphasizes that he wasn't necessarily running away from his family, but rather, to adventure.

"He was an intense kid. He didn't see the world in gray at all, everything was black and white, right or wrong, and he was a young man who wanted to test himself," Krakauer says. "That's not uncommon. What is uncommon is the degree to which he needed to test himself."

There was never any domestic violence in the family READ THE FRICKIN BOOK! The book was written based on Chri's experience and death and the author interviewed the parents extensively about Chris and his family and talked with the family members, the movie rights were obtained by Sean Penn from the author, who wouldn't sell the rights to Sean without Chris's parents o.k., and he has said that in every interview he gave when he was getting calls from the media regarding the making of the movie be Sean Penn

Want me to give you a whack of websites where you can read it for your self?

Like I said KB I admire Sorn for his conviction in what he "believes" is the truth with OG/MG , but he has his facts ass backwards about the book and movie... I mean there are several interview with the Author of the book that the movie is based on, not in one does he says there was any DV against chris or his sister or his mom... His father was overbearing and dominant, but not abusive...

Oxy seems to be playing the "serial victim". What we're seeing here is a pattern of accusations by an extortionist.

Yes, Dalton is probably "up in arms" about this whole ordeal. He most likely never abused her. That doesn't mean that Old Oxy didn't tell people that he had.

Enter the "Pity Me, Pay Me" routine. If it worked for her once, why not keep running with it?

IMO, I don't believe any of these men in her life ever physically abused her. She figured out early on that a "simple accusation" could bring in Top Dollars. She's a true GRIFTER!!

So Oksana says this story is fabricated and Dalton says this story is fabricated, and both claim they are friends. Not much left to gossip about.
