TMZ has obtained photos of Michael Lohan's slash wounds on his neck and arm -- which he claims he suffered during an attack outside of his Santa Monica home late last night. 
Michael claims his attacker used a "sharp object" to slice through his flesh. Judging from the overlapping scratches on his neck -- the suspect either took two swipes at Mike's head ... or used two sharp objects.
So far, the suspect is still on the loose. Cops are investigating.

I suspect he did this to himself. He's already admitted that he'd go to extreme lengths to see his daughter...so much as to lie and pretend to be drunk to get into Betty Ford. SO, for him to slash his own neck to try to get a rise from his daughter...wouldn't surprise me one bit.

From the angles it looks like self-inflicted. Most people are right handed, so the cuts wouldn't be at those angles and on that side of his neck if a right-handed person attacked him. And a left handed person would most likely have hit Michaels right arm, not the left one. I wouldn't put it past this attention whore to have staged this.

OK..can anyone say SELF INFLICTED with a straight
edge razor? Note watch on LEFT arm...means he is
right handed. Large laceration on LEFT arm, and on
right side of neck...HE DID IT....He wants the
spotlite to himself today, not Lindsay. ANYONE who
sees those knows there was no FORCE in the cuts...no
stitches...means he ran the razor over his skin for
the purpose of a small tiny skinny scar. What a LOSER
Hope the cops arrest him for filing a false police
report, and for just being a douchebag! If someone
really attacked him with a razor or box cutter, his
cuts would have been deep and needed stitches. PHONEY!!!!!
