She doesn't look too skinny to me, about the same size as all the rest of the Hollywood women. That's the average size for all of them. Maybe compared to the rest of America she's "too skinny" but according to her peers she is average.

She does wear a lot of makeup and makes her appear older (and not in a good way like 21 older, more like 50+), and her clothes are inappropriate for a 17 year old.

I like Taylor Momsen. I just think she's mature for her years. An old soul. She is truly talented in her music especially. Miley sold out and went pop. Taylor is the real deal and she's cool. Although where are her parents? She should cover up a little more at least till she's 18.
