You didn't think we were going to go the rest of 2010 without a "DMX Was Arrested" story, did you?
X, who was out on parole after an assault conviction, was busted in Phoenix last night at 6:00 PM for not following the terms of his probation. According to MyFoxPhoenix, he didn't check in with his probation officer.
DMX has a probation revocation hearing set for November 24.

Sources tell RadarOnline.com that he had cocaine on him. In addition, according to the complaint, he was also cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license.
The complaint reads: "Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation. He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities."
Simmons, 39, was on parole for an assault conviction when he was arrested.
DMX has been ordered to appear in court on Wednesday, November 24 for a probation revocation hearing.
He is currently being held without bond.

For those saying get out of Arizona - I think he stayed because he was on probation and had to complete his probation before leaving the state?..
He seems like he is on a collusion course of destruction. I am surprised he has made it to 40 (well, he will be 40 in a month - we'll see if he really does make it to 40).
