Tiger Woods -- I Got Game on Christmas

12/26/2010 12:30 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Tiger Woods didn't spend Christmas day alone this year -- truth be told, he hung out with 19,000 people.

TMZ snagged these photos of Woods sitting courtside at yesterday's Orlando Magic/Boston Celtics game in Florida -- while Elin Nordegren and their two kids were far away, celebrating the holidays Swedish style.

If the kids aren't back for New Year's Eve -- he could always go to the Oklahoma Thunder/Atlanta Hawks that night... or bump into Rachel Uchitel at Donald Trump's party

Tiger ... door #1 is a lot safer.

While I do not celebrate the personal, public losses that Mr. Tiger Woods is experiencing, I am at least glad that there is still this level of outrage at adultery. I am pleased that adultery still merits, to some degree in our society, the proverbial "scarlet letter." And the fact that a fellow male (as I am also male) bears that letter, is truly astounding. This shows me that there are flickering embers of morality yet burning in our society.

News commentator, Mr. Britt Hume was correct in suggesting to Woods that he turn in faith toward Christ Jesus. Not that Christ is a mere pick-me-up for the (self-inflicted) misfortune that Woods is experiencing-- but in recognition that Woods is a sinner in need of the atonement that Christ's death provides. Woods sinned against God as well as his own wife and family. If no other example could convince Woods of his own sinfulness, then this situation should. (It is not his only sin, but it is a clear example of sin for Woods to recognize as sin.) If Woods could claim never having heard that Jesus Christ saves sinners, then by the televised words of Hume, he has heard.

Woods is accountable in this life and in the life to come for his sin. Christ indeed is the atonement that he needs, whether his reputation is ever repaired or not. Redeeming oneself in the public eye (via resumed sports success) ultimately has no eternal merit. Only faith in Christ Jesus unto the forgiveness of sin and righteousness before holy God is of everlasting value.

Once you get over age 15, the backward hat on your dome looks rather dumb. Unless you are a baseball catcher in an actual game.

Well at least he is off the "I'm sorry, soooooo sorry" tour. It was starting to sound a little pathetic. Glad he is moving on!

Listen up "Brolan" and "#1 in your hearts" ... either the two of you are just a couple of simpletons trying to stir the pot here, or perhaps you're indeed both officers with the Starkist Tuna Corporation ? ... whatever the case is, we really don't care ... people like Algonquin, Erica and Tricia know what they're talking about and so you had better show some respect ... your man Tiger "Fish Lips" Woods, is a disgrace to not only humanity, but to life at large as we know it (ie: and that includes plankton) ... so either start showing some respect to these women, or take your filthy utterances elsewhere !
