they should have ordered a NO bail already! In NJ when you get charged with a felony on probation, you have no bail from the moment you're arrested. Come on LA

I think this is the only way lilo knows how to stay relevant. Her movies always bomb and she has to realize that nobody's rooting for a comeback anymore. Shes a firm believer that any news is good news. I think thats only to a point Linsay.

Even if the store had put the necklace around her neck and she walked off with it in the pretense of "having a photo session," why would she continue to wear it around on the streets? That is just not how those things work. The stylist would normally pick it a day or two before the shoot and make sure to have it returned in a timely fashion after the shoot was done. If something is borrowed under certain conditions, that does not give her the right to "wear it" as her own. Who does she think she is kidding with that?

If she ever turns into a respectable member of society, it will surprise us all......odds stacked against her........poor upbringing and parental guidance, drug prone, thrill seeker, and poor influencers surround her..........there is a great future movie bio in all this.......that will make her more money to squander........and she still will believe she is above it all......hopeless IMHO...

Did LiLo walk out of the jewelry store with the necklace on? If she did that then, she could claim she forgot she had it on and say she offered the store the money, but they refused it or something like that! If she knew she had it on, then that would be an actual theft. And if she was on something like a drug then that's even more against her on this case and her probation will be and should be revoked!!!!

I think they should just put Lindsay Lohan in hole and leave her there.

According to State of California Law, removing an item from a place of business is a felony for burglary if the person does not have the funds to purchase the item. If the person does have the fnds, it is considered misdemeanor shoplifting. Either way she is being charged with a felony theft charge, but what is worse: felony grand theft or felony burglary? And how can they prove she even had the $6,000 to purchase anything at all?

If she had that kind of disposible cash, wouldn't you think she would pay for it? Very strange thought process for this woman!

During Harvey's discussion he asked " Do you think she get it now" clearly she does not, if you look at her while the Judge is making his point she rolls her eyes 3 times that is not somebody that get anything about the Real World....................
