Chris Brown: I'm Allowed to Go Near Rihanna Now!!!

Award shows just got a little less awkward for Chris Brown and Rihanna ... because a judge just lifted the restraining order prohibiting him from going near her.

Brown appeared in court moments ago in downtown L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna's restraining order with a level one order -- meaning Chris and Rihanna can have contact as long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest her.

Rihanna was not in court -- but her attorney Donald Etra was ... and told the judge RiRi has no objection to the new order.

all you negative, mean posters, listen up...rihanna hit chris first, and has never had her own therapy and anger management. chris has, and is a new man. i do not condone what he did, but he has gone through enough. she has gone through NO rehab. get off it all you haters, and leave him alone. he has moved on, she is still acting like a victim when she started the whole thing by battering him..he should have walked away, but get her help, b4 she beats another guy up, and says she was battered again, then keeps it going for at least 2 yrs..black widow.

Well, what's the difference, Christian Bale mother and sister didn't get a order... People you need to get over it. Chris and Rihanna aren't the first people ever to get into a domestic violence incident. Some of you should be worried about that family member that is being abused and hiding it. I'm sure none of you are living with perefect family members.

If she does go back to Chris Brown he should bury his foot so far up her that she'll need a foot surgeon to get it out. Once they start there's no stopping them. I hope she has some smart people around her to talk her out of having anything at all to do with this HEATHON!!! If she even so much as has eye contact with him she's nuts. If she does go back i hope she looses everything she ever thought about having
