MJ Estate to Alejandra -- MOVE OUT ALREADY!!!

3/11/2011 10:15 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The MJ Estate has once again asked a judge to force Alejandra Jackson to move out of the family's Hayvenhurst estate ... and they're demanding she take her kids with her!!

0311_alejandra_michael_EX_getty

Lawyers for the estate just filed a response to Alejandra's request to stay in the house indefinitely ... in which the estate once again makes the point .. she's an UNWANTED house guest with no legal leg to stand on.

Alejandra -- who has children with both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- has refused to leave ... arguing, among other things, that Michael would have wanted her to stay there.

Alejandra has claimed the estate has tried to literally starve her out of house and home ... by removing all of the food from the property and changing the locks on her.

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.

Stay tuned.

If one would read the do***ents that were filed you would see that even if Alejandra had moved to the condo, there was no info provided as to how long she and the children would be allowed to stay there.

It was stated in the do***ents filed with the court that "Claimants could stay at a condominium owned by the Estate (no other person was allowed to stay at the condominium) for a period of time to be determined at the Estate's sole discretion."

Also stated in the do***ents is that if the Estate would force her to move from the condo, the confidentiality agreement would remain in effect for the remainder of her life.

Seriously, if I was Alejandra, I don't think I would like these terms either.

Now in section 30 & 31, the lawyers for Alejandra are claiming that Michael Jackson was not the sole owner of the Hayvenhurst property and that they are waiting for verification of this. So if it is true that Michael and LaToya were joint owners when Michael died, then in essence the Estate has no say in who can live there.

Tomorrow should prove to be very interesting.

the fact that its too much for an 80 year old woman to control all those people ini that house when she is the primary care giver for three under aged children who are trying to get over their fathers death and all the media hoopla surrounding it. We will never fully know what Michael would of wanted to happen but I am sure he would not love being taken advantage of by another woman. That is why he had a hard time committing because he lost his faith in trust in people since he saw it many times displayed in his own familys marital lives. Alejandra should be greatful she is not technically being kicked out she is being moved out there is a difference instead she is being offered to live in
another one of Michaels properties.

This post was pretty good except for???.
Mrs. Jackson is capable of providing care for PPB. They are not in diapers. All three of them can bathe, feed and clothe themselves. Alejandra’s children are in her custody. I thought Alejandra lived in the gate house not in the main house. Clearly the children would be together at grandma’s and of course boys will be boys. Yet it has no barring on her ability as a fit and willing guardian of PPB or any of her other grandkids.
As for Michael and commitment: He did not marry the woman he should have been with all along. He married to enhance his image and or to have children only. Michael was over 35 when he got married. He was almost 40 the second time. Michael was competent and well versed. The marriages of his family members did not have a barring or effect on his decisions (jmo….of course).

my opinion

This is a sad and embarrassing situation for the Jackson family they are still grieving over the death of MJ and have to deal with nonsense from this woman. Maybe she does NOT like the Jackson family, if this is true she should think about her four Jackson children and what they must be going through I feel for the children and Mrs. Katherine Jackson my prayer are with them.

Alejandra Should remove herself from the Jackson home take the offer to live in a condo that is provided by Mrs. Jackson move on with her life.

Love the Jackson's

RIP MJ

An excerpt from an article I just read:-

"A couple of years later, Michael took over ownership of his family’s Hayvenhurst estate and decided to completely raze the dwelling in order to rebuild a new, much more extravagant abode. Construction of the new mansion, which was Tudor in style, took a full two years to complete during which time Michael and a few of his siblings lived in the Encino condo.

Michael purchased the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, which measures 1,890 square feet, upon the suggestion of his long time lawyer John Branca, who thought it was time the 22-year old singer moved out on his own.

After Michael and his family moved back into the Hayvenhurst estate, the condo remained vacant with various Jackson family members occupying it intermittently throughout the years. At the time of his death, his sister LaToya’s name was also on the deed".

From the excerpt, one could see that MJ was a generous man. Looks like Latoya's name was on the condo's deed, not Havenhurst. Not sure if her name is still on the condo's deed, since the article said "was", its possible that the estate bought her out. Whatever it is, it will be dealt with according to the law, the court is not gonna fool around, just because she's been living there for 20 yrs. Who is she trying to kid, expect the estate to support her for the rest of her life? NOT.

Something off topic.

"Henry M. Lowell is an old friend and business partner of the Jackson family.
He was the key instrument in getting together the Jacksons, Howard Mann and Melissa Johnson".

So, here's the connection. I see.

According to do***ents that are posted on webofdeception.com dated 04/26/2005, the Jackson family home in Encino is/was owned by both Michael and La Toya Jackson.

Michael Jackson's doctor is reprimanded by California medical board

-

"The California medical board has reprimanded Michael Jackson's personal physician for failing to notify Nevada medical board officials that he had fallen behind in his child support payments, echoing a previous reprimand issued against the doctor by the Nevada board last year.

Dr. Conrad Murray failed to notify the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners that his child support payments were in arrears as required when he renewed his medical license in 2007 and 2009, according to the California board’s public letter of reprimand, filed Friday and made public Monday.

The letter noted that Murray’s actions constituted a violation of California law concerning “unprofessional conduct,” grounds for a reprimand.

A public reprimand is a lesser form of discipline doctors can negotiate for minor violations to avoid formal charges.

Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with Jackson’s death. His attorney could not be reached for comment Monday afternoon.

Jackson died June 25, 2009, of an overdose of the surgical anesthetic propofol, which Murray has acknowledged using to treat his insomnia. Murray’s lawyers have suggested Jackson injected or drank a fatal amount of the drug when the physician wasn't looking. Prosecutors contend that Murray violated the standards of medical care by administering the drug improperly and concealing his actions after the singer died.

Murray is still licensed in California, Nevada and Texas, although he faces discipline and restrictions.
Murray’s California medical license, issued in 1991, was suspended by a Los Angeles County judge in January until the end of his criminal case. Texas officials restricted his medical license in April, Nevada officials in June, to bar him from administering propofol and other heavy sedative medications.

Murray’s trial is scheduled to begin March 24 in Los Angeles County Superior Court."

I can see the cloner/cloners have still not grown up. I guess we couldn't expect less from them. Feel sorry for someone who has to use someone else's nic to get their point across instead of using their own. Totally elementary playground.
