I think when most anyone comes into a huge amount of money, they don't know how to hold onto it. Doesn't matter the RACE. For example, I hear story after story after story or people winning the Lottery big time in a few years broke again or worse, Murdered! Usually it's just broke, Bankrupt. You buy your Million dollar home, but forget things like Property taxes that are HIGH, Maintenance on that Expensive Home. Your buying the expensive Cars to go with it, and then the trips around the world and before you know it, you have nothing left. Few invest their money wisely.

While your Up on the Charts making a whole lot of money, a percentage of that should be put away and Invested for that Rainy day fund when no one cares who you are anymore or your Music. There's not a lot of artists that have the staying power to be around for 30 years.

Bringing race into this is the dumbest thing ever.

Who in their right mind keeps loaning money to someone with a history of mismanagement? Maybe Nic Gage should take the same on-line class?

This biotch didn't learn her lesson the first time. Hence, this second bankruptcy. Therefore, I doubt a piece of paper is gonna get it through her stupid head and there will be a third time.

Ummm.....hello TMZ do your research a little better. EVERYONE and ANYONE who files bankruptcy must complete a pre and post petition debt counselling. It is a complete waste of time and money (you can thank our hard working gov't officials for this stupid $ waste) but is required by law since the bankruptcy law changes in 2007 (I believe it was). So, Toni and the millions of others have to, not just because she is a celebrity.

She has done this before, live the high life, park any where you feel like it, stay in the best hotels, eat at the best food joints, drive the best cars, LIVE LIKE A F+++ING QUEEN.

Yeah, EVERYONE who files BK has to take a Debtor Education course to receive a discharge in their case. The class is a big fat joke.
