So, you're saying he cared enough about his neighbor to try and stop his/her car being reposessed? Anyway you paint this story, this man rocks. If it's his car, like TMZ reported earlier, his actions are understandable. If it wasn't his car, which TMZ is reporting now, he's pretty awesome to care about his neighbor's property b/c most people wouldn't give a shiot.

Having seen a number of TV/Movie filming's I think there is probably more to this. First, judging a person based on their appearance (or perception of same) is ludicrous. Second, filming crews usually talk to people in the area to let them know what's going on, and who to contact if their are any concerns. Third, why would a man open up with a rifle at a movie crew not on his property? As usual, TMZ "reporting" leaves out many facts while injecting tons of meaningless opinions. If you want to know what happened and why, go to a viable news source. Otherwise, why get upset over comic book reporting?

I hope Reality TV is happy because they probably ruined this guy's life and his career. they should have been responsible and notified the resident's of this neighborhood about what was going to be going on. This guy probably has an old back injury that forced him to take pain pills to sleep and he is in his home trying to relax and get ready for work the next day and then he probably freaks out with this dark unknown van parked in front of his Las Vegas home all night. I hope this guy makes a fortune off this set up. I hope he gets his 15 minutes of fame and a few million to go with it too for having to put up with this crap! Run with it buddy!!!TMZ and Spike should be sending him some $$ too for exploiting this BS story!

The man in the picture looks tired, and I'm willing to bet he wishes last night never happened. He's probably a good neighbor. Last I checked, it's not illegal to park on the street, you don't own the street, let alone a neighborhood. And how exactly was this a THREAT? While this may be difficult for the crew of TMZ to process, but repossessing a person's property, on their property with a film crew is pushing the boundaries for most people... and some people may react violently.

You have to be careful when you eff with people-because they might fight back. Doesn't make them a bad person makes you a ahole for effing with them and that's the risk you take.
