TMZ has confirmed ... Bach was pulled over for "failing to keep right" on a highway in Monmouth County, NJ at 3:32 AM on Tuesday -- and during the stop, the officer conducted an investigation and discovered weed.

43-year-old Bach was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bach was hauled in to a local jail -- and was eventually released pending a future court hearing.

TMZ broke the story ... Bach was arrested for weed possession in Canada back in December after getting rowdy at an Ontario bar.

If sense were common everyone would have it.

Bad enough being a sleazy pot user, but being an obnoxious left lane pig on top of that? That gets you run off the road in NJ. He's *lucky* he only got arrested.

Love you Sebastian!!! You are the man!!!One of these days were going to look back and shake our heads at all the time, money and lives wasted and ruined by the cops and courts trying to stop people from using weed. People have always smoked it, people always will smoke it!!! And I highly (no pun intended) recomend it:) Keep smoking Sebastian!!

Let’s keep celebrities and everyday citizens from crowding our courts and jails contributing to the money pit that is the War on Pot. Groups are organizing all over the country to speak their minds on reforming pot laws. I drew up a very cool poster for the cause which you can check out on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/01/vote-teapot-2011.html Drop in and let me know what you think!

Sebastian Bach wins the award for being the person who has traveled the farthest from pretty-damn-cute to not-so-cute.

Blame prohibition being repealed; Hearst realizing hemp made better paper pulp than timber (which is what he owned in obscene amounts) for the the tax act on weed being overturned. And then blame Nixon for using it as an excuse to go after his enamies, both real and paranoid figments, for it being brought to the forefront of enforcement. Does any intelligent being really think that weed is anywhere near as dangerous as PCP, Herion, Crack, or tweak? Oh, and let's not forget Nancy using "just say no" as her cause-de-first lady for the further demonization of weed. And as the old joke goes... potheads are easiest to catch: all you gotta do is go "hey com'ere". And watch them walk over going "What?". Who do you think cops want? Violent meth-heads that think they are super powered? Or sleepy potheads? Just saying.

Peebles,
I really don't care what the cops in Canada would have done. I was only telling you that he is losing his license in NJ for a minimum of 6 months now. Oh and for all of saying he must not have been driving too straight, that has nothing to do with being pulled over for "failure to keep right". In NJ if you are on a highway, there are signs all over the place that say "Keep Right, Pass on the Left". At 3:20 am in the area he lives in, he was probably the only car on the road(i know this because I live 2 minutes away from him) and he was probably driving in the left lane and the cop decided to be a prick and pull him over.
------
You forget Real that our politicans have robbed our tax dollars and one by one are on their way to jail, even in your town. So now any infraction while driving is going to get you pulled over for the revenue.
Medical Marijuana has been legalized in New Jersey, they just haven't figured out how to sell it yet and where !
I think Bach is adorable in a trashy kind of way !
Better not find yourself in our new income maker traps of sobriety check points Sebastian, lol !

In Canada, if its less than 28 grams, the weed is taken from you and if you are under the age of 18 you are brought home to your parents. If you are over 18 and have less than 28 grams and it doesnt appear to be intended to be sold, then it is taken from you and you are told to go home. The only way you would be taken into custody if you were operating a motor vehicle and they suspect you were under the influence at the time. In that case you would be brought to the police station for testing. If you are smoking in a public place you may be issued a fine if the cop is in a bad mood or you are in a terribly inappropriate place. Oh Canada!!
