We’re told the move isn’t one-sided. Both Kim and Kris have tons of loot. Kim is worth a reported $35 mil.
As for Kris ... he's not only making $3.2 mil a year with the Nets, his family also owns a couple of burger joints in Minnesota. Kris' net worth is estimated at $8 million.
We’re told Kim’s late father, famed O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian, told her about the importance of contracts … and Kim feels her dad would have wanted her to take financial precautions.

Smart move for both of them. They are wise to work this out BEFORE they get married. Hopefully they have discussed whether they want children and other important issues before they tie the knot.

prenup for what...the marriage is a total joke....get real people...it will last about 3 months...at most.
If they are both already rich, I don't see the point of a prenup. I thought a prenup was only necessary if one person in the relationship was already filthy rich and the other one was broke. The prenup protected the wealth already gained by the rich person before the marriage. But after you marry, whatever money you make is basically both of yours anyway.
Since her father was one of OJ's lawyers I'm sure he told her the importance of BS as well as contracts. That explains a lot, actually.
