Astronaut Buzz Aldrin -- the second man to walk on the Moon -- was tricked out of making buckets of money off his own name ... according to a new lawsuit he's filed against his stepdaughter.
Buzz filed the suit against Lisa Cannon -- his estranged wife Lois' daughter -- who helped run StarBuzz Enterprises LLC ... which markets and promotes Buzz.
In the suit, Buzz claims Lisa -- acting as his lawyer -- duped him into signing an agreement that gave StarBuzz all rights to Buzz's name, work, and persona.
Further complicating matters -- Lisa and Lois own more than 60% of the company ... and Buzz filed to divorce Lois back in June.
As Buzz puts it in the lawsuit ... Lois and Lisa now own, "Most of what he has acquired since the day he walked on the Moon."
Buzz wants a judge to tear up the agreement.

after signing a partnership agreement & power of attorney ......
So you and a partner start a company, 50/50 stake. You have a divorce that split your asset in half. So you now have 25%, so whats the problem?
If his story is true I hope he gets the money he deserves. That being said, astronauts are extremely intelligent people. To be one you have to be the best of the best, especially to be one of the guys on the original mission to the moon. In fact, Buzz has a Ph.D from MIT. So he should have been plenty smart enough to know what was happening when he entered that agreement.
His stepdaughter may have duped him out of his name but time has dupped him out of his mind.
That's what he gets for being stupid and letting his d*** do the thinking.
Looks like an alien has taken over his body and is about to take off the fake head.
Maybe hi*****tin' the bottle for too many years killed so many brain cells that he couldn't grasp the terms of a basic legal agreement .... that screwed him beyond the moon!
