Britney Spears' Dad

Scores 7-Figure Deal

in Femme Fatale Tour

9/28/2011 5:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Britney Spears' daddy will get more than a million bucks -- possibly a lot more -- for his work as the manager of Britney's Femme Fatale Tour.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in Britney's conservatorship case, which show Britney's overall manager, Larry Rudolph, wants to give up 2% of his cut to Jamie, because daddy Spears has done such a great job -- Larry's cut is 10% of the gross.

We've learned Jamie has not gotten an extra penny for his work as Tour Manager -- a position he's held since February.

According to the docs, Jamie negotiated a sweet deal for Britney with Live Nation, the tour promoter.  He's also coordinated Britney's personal schedule, and supervised her arrivals and departures.  He's handled finances, managed Britney's security to protect her from the paparazzi and made 200 - 400 calls and other communications a day on Brit's behalf.

Even though Larry Rudolph is voluntarily giving 2% of his cut to Jamie, it still has to be approved by the court, but that's just a formality.

Wait a second... "400 calls and other communications a day" ?
At two minutes a call that's 14 hours or more a day. Really?
When did he have time to "manage"? I'd say he deserves a lot more than 2 percent.

He has done an amazing job with her. It really gets what it takes to help his mentally ill daughter get her life back together. He should get more money than this!!

Do any of these hollywood kids parents ever have jobs other then blood sucking $$ off thier kids? Don't any have jobs? Sad they must follow the kids around and make money off the kids backs. Sounds like half of the Hollywood kids that made it have bought the family homes cars etc. Grown parents that live off the kids, just like te Jackson family.

Sounds like it should be the other way around - give Dad the 8%, isn't that everything the "overall manager" is supposed to do - negotiate, coordinate, communicate?

Dad needs to put Britney on a diet. She was sexy 10 years ago when she was lean. Now? Not very sexy at all imo.

WOW Rudolph must be pissed!!! Voluntarily my arse. Jamie can FIRE him anytime he wants. Jamie just forced his way into more cash. This is a SNEAKY way around the courts who have ONLY agreed to the 16 grand a month for Jamie!!!

JugEars McKenyan Sr..

Sounds to me like he's been what a great dad is supposed to be. He pulled her from a Lohan spin and she could be dead today were it not for his not so popular at the time movements. Good for him and her.

That's an insult to her father! Give Britney 2% and her dad the rest becasue she wouldn't exist without him....literally. She owes her continued existence on this planet to him.

As britney's father he should not even expect to be payey for taking care of his daughter in her time of need.Look back at all the money and things she has given him over the years. If he is such a great father and has turned her life around why is he not willing to end the conservatorship after the tour.

If Lindsay Lohan's parents were as good as Britney's, Lindsay would have been back on a very good track. Britney was able to go back to her normal, sane and very successful private life and career because of her parents.

Her dad deserves the money and the credit should also goes to the manager who's an honest person and not greedy.

So they're expecting to gross $500 Million? (10% of 500 = 50 2% of 50 = 1 Million). Seems ambitious :)
