MLB superstar Ryan Braun -- the 2011 National League MVP -- says he will not hide from allegations he used performance-enhancing drugs ... telling TMZ, "My day will come."

TMZ broke the story ... MLB sources say Braun's dirty test was caused by medication for a private medical issue.

Braun arrived at LAX yesterday -- and when we asked about the situation ... the Milwaukee Brewers star told us, "I can't get into it man ... trust me, I want to ... my day will come."

The personal issue was the fact that he was prescribed viagra. He's not gonna admit that.

No matter what they do that they shouldn't, they ALWAYS SAY THE SAME THING! And yet, they NEVER explain.

Ryan Braun is a cheat. Roger Clemens is a cheat. Braun has shriveled nuts. Clemens has erectile dysfunction. Braun is a limp chimp.

There's nothing to address. Anyone who thinks he is the only player with herpes in the MLB is delusional.

With that said, this excuse has been used before and will not work. You take an A test that examines the level of testosterone:epitestosterone in the body. If that level is abnormal, doping officials examine the B test, which then determines if the testosterone is synthetic. If the B test proves that it is, then the player is suspended.

There are herpes meds that act as a steroid to control "flare ups," but they would not produce the abnormal levels of SYNTHETIC testosterone that were found in his body.

Some might wonder why his numbers haven't been skewed over his career, and there is a simple answer for that, as well. There are what would essentially be understood as 12 hour steroids that ball players take to recover in between games.

Regardless, this media circus is nothing more than an attempt to sway public opinion. I assume Braun's legal team will not attempt to argue the results of the test, but only how they were obtained - i.e via a contaminated sample. There are no gray areas in these tests. You either fail them or you don't.

Herp? Not buying that either. Private medical issue--you bet! He is on the same stuff that Manny Ramirez was on. You remember-- Estrogen. He took it either to come down off of the testasterone or when you are having a sex change. Now with Manny, look at him, it's all in with the sex change!!! The diva attitude and the mood swings. Manny is a chick!!! I will give Ryan the benefit of the doubt and hope it is just coming down of the testasterone.
