Mega Music Producer

Illegally Living in Mansion

6/2/2012 4:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

One of the guys who wrote the 1963 hit  "My Boyfriend's Back" REFUSES to get out of his house even though it was foreclosed on and sold at public auction, so the new owners want him out -- stat.

Music producer Jerry Goldstein -- whose other huge hit was "I Want Candy" -- just had his colossal 8,000 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion auctioned off for $7.6 million ... but things didn't go so smoothly for the buyers.

According to new legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court ... Goldstein hasn't moved.

So the new owners filed an eviction lawsuit.  They also want him to pay $666.66 for each day that continues to live there.

Remember the lyrics -- "... Better cut out on the double.  Hey-la, Hey-la."

Dude, wake up, smell the coffee dude, IT'S OVER!!!. You are a fig newton of your former self. You're living in the past. YOU'RE BROKE. If was the new owners I'd save money with the attorneys and courts and just have the utilities turned off. That'll smoke the nutcase out of the house.

This is the producer who I would have given a huge amount of respect to if he wasn't such a golddigger. He's the producer who took the name WAR from the ORIGINAL artists of WAR, who made that name famous in the first place, with their talents, and has used that name to finance his lavish lifestyle, while the original artists of WAR are forgotten, except for the one WAR artist who chose Jerry Golddigger over his WAR brothers. If you do some research, you will see this is the very same producer who screwed over Sly Stone of his livelihood as well. Karma....I love you.

Roland Stone

This same guy is being sued by Sly Stone for $50 million. He's also the same guy who's being sued by the Jimi Hendrix Estate for holding up the release of the movie "Jimi at the Royal Albert Hall" for 45 years!
