Niecy Nash

My Brother's 'Heinous'

Killer Did it Again

9/17/2012 10:44 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0917_niecey_nash_articleThe man who shot and killed Niecy Nash's brother 19 years ago has allegedly killed AGAIN -- this time murdering his wife ... and the comedian says she's appalled that another family has been ruined by this "heinous" killer.

Robert Lee Heard was arrested Saturday in Shreveport, LA for allegedly stabbing and killing his 35-year-old wife Demetra Doyle Heard.

In 1993 a 16-year-old Heard was convicted of shooting and killing Nash's brother, Michael Ensley, at a Reseda, CA high school. He was committed to a juvenile corrections facility until 2002.

Then in 2003, he was convicted of attempted first-degree murder and sent to prison ... but was released in 2011. That is until this weekend ... when police found his wife stabbed to death.

Nash tells TMZ ... "No family should have to endure the loss of a loved one at the hands of a previously convicted violent criminal."

Nash added,"I am deeply saddened to hear that the man who murdered my brother, Michael Ensley, has been charged with murder again."

And Nash went on ... saying "I grieve for every family who has been victimized by this heinous individual.  My prayers and love go out to the family of Demetra Doyle Heard during this trying time."

...how HORRIBLE he was out of jail and committed this crime AGAIN!....yet the American prison system is overflowing with people who have committed drug offences..and they are treated much harsher than murderers in way too many cases...so sad for the families...

If you are soundly convicted of 1st degree murder or sexual child abuse through DNA evidence, you should be taken out and summarily shot.

Where is your outrage at the politicians who allowed this to happen? They let murders out because they don't want to spend money on prisons. You give up half of your lifetime earnings to taxation on a promise of public safety. Here's a plan...if you commit murder, you are removed from society permanently! You don't ever get a second chance to murder in society. Have you heard about the Three Strikes Law? Criminals get to rape and pillage three times before the politicians are going to consider serious incarceration. The reason there is no money for prisons, is because the politicians have personal agendas with the tax base, so we need to get rid of the politicians and the political system, and work towards a corporate-style of government.

Give him the needle. POS like him are beyond redemption. Why waste tax payer money or allow another innocent person to be a victim of his.

Maybe this time the Californian courts will sentence him to "anger management" classes, because they wouldn't want to have to do anything as cruel as execute him or life in prison [which for most of those guys is hardly punishment-3 square meals, drugs, cable, medical, dental, gym and sex to their heart's content].

Yet another example of how f*ck-up the Californian justice system is.

Do they even try to seriously evaluate whether or not those psychos are actually reformed before releasing them?

Just horrible, and it could have been prevented so easily....

blame the bleeding heart liberal judges and parole boards - they let this s*** out willy-nilly without a care in the world and never pay a price for their decisions.

Demetra, rest her soul, chose to marry a man she knew was a violent offender and people are suprised that she ended up dead? I can't sepak for others, but I'm not surprised that a killer hilled.

Wow ...

Good grief California! We can not let murders out of jail, especially the ones like this!!!!!!! Come on. So we don't have the money, let the inmates handle it.

My condolences to the family members of the victims. Including Niecy, as she must feel beyond angry...not once, not twice...

For women out there - when a man has killed another, at least twice - get the f@@@ away from him. I'm sorry, that is not gender specific - men, if a woman has killed, stay the f@@@ away - as you might be next!!
