Lil Wayne Deposition

Short on Memory

But HILARIOUS!!!

EXCLUSIVE

It's the most entertaining legal proceeding -- possibly ever! In a videotaped deposition ... Lil Wayne -- who is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary about him -- says he can't remember ANYTHING -- but what he DOES remember is hysterical.

Q III had his production team follow Lil Wayne around for months to chronicle his life as he was putting together his album, "Tha Carter III." It appears Lil was on board, but things fell apart because the rapper hated the movie, calling it a "scandalous portrayal."

Lil Wayne is grilled by Quincy's lawyer, Pete Ross from the powerhouse law firm of Browne George Ross, who hammers Wayne about his criminal record, but the rapper claims he remembers nothing.

And then there are the alleged threats Wayne makes against Pete Ross. Wayne says he wasn't threatening the lawyer. You be the judge.

You gotta watch the videos. Writing Wayne's words in a post does not do it justice.

There's so much more.  We'll be putting more videos up throughout the day.

His "I'm gonna act like an 8 year old" schtick wasn't funny, at all. It was just lame & annoying.

He is a grown a** man, why is he acting like that? Only children would think this was funny, or grown men who dress like 8 year olds (tight colorful jeans, etc.).

TMZ, what about this is hilarious? This is the stupidest thing ever. Wayne acting like that shows what a disrespectful, arrogant, douchebag he is. He should have his ass kicked for acting like this, his lawyer should have HIS ass kicked for letting him, and the judge should have HIS ass kicked for allowing this.

And you guys should have your ass kicked for thinking this is funny!!

Okay, I'm certainly no fan of Lil and some might ligitimately argue that all of his brain cells may not be firing, but as a practicing trial attorney, I have to say that was fall off of your chair, spit milk thru your nose HILARIOUS! Percy Ross clearly can't relate to Lil; they talk two different languages. Ross has no control over the deposition and appears to be asking some of the most poorly worded deposition questions that I've ever seen. I'd expect to see that sort of questioning from an attorney who just passed the bar, not from someone who is from a "powerhouse" law firm. And no, Lil did not threaten the lawyer.

I'm not even a Lil Wayne fan BUT he's actually pretty smart for avoiding the questions. He's not giving this Pete Ross guy anything to go off of, leaving the judge no choice but to rule it out.
