MJ's Ex-Housekeeper

Key Witness in Wade's

Molestation Lawsuit

EXCLUSIVE

The Neverland housekeeper who graphically described seeing Wade Robson naked in a shower with Michael Jackson ... will play a huge role in whether Robson wins a cent from MJ's Estate in his new civil lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us Wade's lawyers are dissecting Blanca Francia's testimony during Jackson's 2005 molestation trial.

During the trial, Francia -- who worked at Neverland in the late '80s -- testified she witnessed Jackson showering naked with a 7 or 8-year-old Wade.

We obtained a transcript of the testimony in which Francia describes seeing Michael's underwear on the floor outside the shower, as well as Wade's child-sized neon green underwear.

She said she couldn't see what Michael was doing exactly because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing.

Ultimately, Francia's testimony wasn't enough to sway the jury -- MJ was acquitted -- partly because Wade himself also testified, but insisted Michael never touched him.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade is planning to argue that MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael.

According to sources, Wade wants to use Blanca's testimony to show Michael abused him as a child. We're told Wade's lawyers are also trying to contact her to see if she will cooperate in the new case.

WHY, WHY,WHY IS TMZ EVEN JUMPING ON THIS??!! ALTHOUGH I KNEW THAT ONCE THE JACKSON FAMILY OPENED UP THE LAWSUIT THAT IT WOULD ONLY BRING OUT THE FREAKS WHO WANT TO CONTINUE TO TARNISH MICHAEL'S REPUTATION EVEN THOUGH HE'S GONE, HOWEVER, I NEVER THOUGHT THAT TMZ WHO I CONSIDER ONE OF THE BETTER/LEGIT GOSSIP SITES WOULD GO THIS LOW......... LET MJ RIP......

The more I read the comments on Michael Jackson's threads, the more convinced I am Michael has to be one of the angel helpers in heaven! How can someone who did so much charity work, and had his mind geared towards helping his fellow men be so crucified!?!

How can she be a good witness for him in the first place? She has already testified that she did not see any abuse taking place. How can he use that testimony to prove what he claims? Since she can not say that she saw MJ abusing him years ago, how can he say that her testimony will help him?

Wade you are not acting like a victim, you are acting like a extortionist. Swearing on the stand that MJ did nothing to you sexually EVER, then to wait until he is dead is wrong. You learned a ton from MJ, became a choreographer, used his name to get into the biz an now you want to become a notorious victim/millionaire. This wreaks of opportunism.

MJ is an easy target not that he'd dead and can't defend himself. There are going to be a ton of "victims" coming out of the wood work if he gets $$. Why now Wade? I would think be molested as a child would have bothered you before now.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced in Calgary today that a child advocacy centre has been renamed after former NHL player Sheldon Kennedy, who is known for his advocacy work with victims of child abuse.

The Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre, formerly called the Calgary Child Advocacy Centre, is a not-for-profit organization located on the University of Calgary campus that helps victims of child abuse.

“Our efforts to eliminate child abuse are being informed by brave people like Sheldon Kennedy, who had the courage to come forward with his own story, and who now works tirelessly to help prevent child abuse,” said the prime minister in a release.

“This centre is a fitting tribute to his efforts, his dedication, his drive and his depth of character.”

Kennedy was emotional as he thanked Harper during the announcement.

"I applaud you for understanding that our justice system had not taking enough interest in the rights and needs of victims of crime," he said.

Kennedy was abused by his coach during his junior hockey career and received accolades for speaking out about his abuse and working to end the negative stigma surrounding abuse victims.

He went on to co-found an organization called the Respect Group, which has created a range of programs to combat bullying and abuse in sports organizations, schools and workplaces.

Kennedy is a vocal supporter of the Harper government's justice initiatives to offer more services for, and strengthen the rights of, victims in the criminal justice system.

Kennedy, who briefly played for the Calgary Flames in the 1990s, makes public and media appearances across Canada and regularly expresses his support for the Harper government's criminal justice agenda.

I hope the Obamas would have the same initiative to educate the American Public and stop child abuse. Mrs. Obama, please take action besides the nutrition program.

I don't know if he was a victim r not. What I know is that if he was a victim and didn't come forward when he had the opportunity he is a coward. He was afraid then that people would say he wanted money, but now he isn't afraid anymore and is asking for money>He should hav said something when he could actually save some kid, if what he is saying is true.

People act like because he didn't come forward before, that he's lying now. Some Victims never come forward at all. It's not so black and white. Sure, we all want to believe MJ. But where there's smoke, there's fire. If he was the Neighborhood Mike Jackson, people wouldn't be so quick to denounce Wade.

Cue all the MJ fanatics to call her a money-hungry liar... smh.

And "Let MJ rest in peace"? He is resting in peace - the man is DEAD. The rest of us don't have to ignore information pertaining to him just because he's dead and gone. That's not how the world works, lol...

Why do some victims never come forward at all? Shame, embarrassment. Especially in front of the entire World and MJ himself. Kind of hard to admit a man fondled you. It's not so black and white as many of you try to make it.

This just seems like BS to me. Why did he wait so long to say this if it's true? Why is he coming out with this now that he's broke and needs money?

There's a pot of gold once housekeepers/nannies for celebrities after they get their arse fired. They either sue for their own bogus charges or get paid for other money hungry arse holes.
