Denise Richards To DCFS

Brooke's Screwing Up Bob and Max

They Torture Dogs and People

11/5/2013 10:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Denise Richards has informed the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services she will NO LONGER care for the twins of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with DCFS tell TMZ ... Denise wrote a letter to the agency, saying the kids are violent and out of control, and she says it's ALL Brooke's fault.

DCFS sources say the letter details horrifying conduct.  Denise says Bob and Max often go into a "zombie-like state" -- they repeatedly kick her dogs in the head and squeeze their heads with both hands while watching the dogs whimper in pain.  She also says the kids will flip from sweetly petting the dog to strangling the animals and lifting them off the ground by the neck.

According to the letter, Denise would tell the kids they were hurting the dogs, and Bob and Max would reply that they wanted to hurt and kill the dogs.

According to the letter, the violence is not limited to animals.  Denise says her daughters -- Sam, Lola and Eloise -- have been targets of the boys.  She says her daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on by Bob and Max.  Denise describes one incident which she seems to blame on Brooke -- after visiting Mueller, Bob threw a toy at Sam's face and she had to go to the doctor.

Denise says Bob and Max went to school in September and they have been problematic from the get-go.  She says Bob in particular has harmed other kids and punched and slapped teachers in the face.

Denise says the kids have also thrown their own feces into the bathroom of one of her daughters.

In the letter, Denise connects the bad conduct to the time the kids spend at Brooke's home, claiming they act out violently when they are returned to Denise.  She also says the kids have had horrible nightmares after returning from Brooke's home, where the kids would stay up with her til 4 AM.

In the long letter to DCFS, Denise -- who has temporary guardianship of the boys while Brooke deals with her drug problems -- says pediatricians have advised her to seek psychological counseling for the boys, but Brooke has blocked that effort.

So does that mean Charlie will finally attempt to get full custody of these children? If a Brooke isn't a fit parent and Denise says she can't take them any longer, guess Charlie has no choice but to step up right? Where the hell has he been for his children, why would he pawn his spawn with his 3rd ex wife off on his second ex wife?

This is very sad, both of the biological parents of the twins need to sort their demons out and become parents....real, involved and nurturing parents. And I can't believe how many commenters try to explain away Charlie's absentee parenting as a positive thing, " At least he recognizes he's a bad parent.....". Please, then he needs to change it. That still doesn't make his kids feel any less abandoned. Their mother and father are proving to be horrible parents. Sad.

Is it still against the law to hit your kids?? Denise is a better person than I am. I would probably end up in jail. I wouldn't allow someone else kids harm my kids. I feel sorry for Denise. She didn't have to watch their kids, but she did to help them out.

Poor kids were probably born addicted to crack.

Well this is sad to hear. I had hoped that because they were so young that hadn't been permanently damaged yet.

So if Denise no longer can or wants to be guardian of them, and Charlie doesn't want Brooke to have them, is he proposing to raise them himself? Yikes!

Is there any hope at all for these little boys?

The timing of these revelations seems a little bit fishy, but I don't doubt that those kids are messed up real good. With those two pieces of dog s*t for parents not surprised at all.

Being in an unstable environment and constantly being tossed back from one person to the next is always going to mess up children. Charlie is just as much to blame with all the different people he has had his children be around, and he's not exactly mentally stable either. I feel sorry for Denise always being the one they give the kids to, it's not her responsibility.

The court couldn't have a better direction now than to place these boys in therapy and not allow unsupervised visits of any kind with their mother. Who keeps 4 year olds up until 4am? Brooke won't allow counseling? Get rid of her.

Be a little inappropriate~

These poor babies are going to grow up to be serial killers if they aren't kept away from Brooke.

Trooper Tom

I have a legit question if this "letter" was sent to child services how come all these rag sites know what's in it?

Wait, so someone at DCFS called TMZ and related everything that was in Denise's letter? Someone needs to investigate and fire whoever did this. This is confidential information. It is about 2 very small children. Or maybe TMZ made all of it up? Which is it?

As a foster mom I've seen this many times. Drugs and/or untreated mental illness is ALWAYS the cause. Parental rights end up being terminated & the kids sit in foster care until an adoptive family is found.

I hope this case makes the public more aware of what happens when sick people have babies.

Looks like Charlie has Denise backing him up in his plan to get rid of Brooke. Wasn't all that long ago he was bashing Denise. He needs therapy Seems like he has no respect for women in general.
Like it or not Brooke is those kids mom and wouldn't it be better to help her to get better for the sake of those boys.

Animal abuse is one of the worst signs to spot in a child. It is somewhat common amount serial killers but MUCH more common amoung everyday psychopaths. & of course you have a lot more psychos in the world than serial killers. Don't know if they can be helped but both parents need to make sure these kids see a psychiatrist ASAP. Once a psychopath reaches adulthood of course, there is no fixing that problem. I hope she's wrong & it's just a sign of adjustment problems because of the boys going from home to home. But sadism towards animals or humans, seriously awful sign.

Well look who they have as parents. I see the twins in therapy in the future.
