10:00 A.M. PDT -- Howard Weitzman -- attorney for Jackson's estate -- tells TMZ Safechuck has denied many times over the past 25 years that Michael ever did anything inappropriate to him ... but is "now demanding money from Michael's Estate by claiming he suddenly recalls life differently."  Weitzman says Michael is no longer able to defend himself, but "we believe these false and scurrilous allegations will not prevail."

A new sexual molestation claim has been filed against the estate of Michael Jackson by a man who claims the singer sexually abused him from the time he was 10 until he was around 15 ... this according to a new report.

This latest claim was added on to the lawsuit filed by Wade Robson last year, so says The Daily Beast. The filing is sealed, but the site reports the claims are being made by James Safechuck, who appeared as a child alongside Jackson in a 1987 commercial for Pepsi (see below).

According to the report, Safechuck had long denied being sexually abused by Jackson, but decided to come forward after Robson made his claims public.

There were rumors about Jackson's relationship with Safechuck in the late 80s ... the singer was often seen with the young boy following their commercial together ... including the opening performance of "The Phantom of the Opera" with Liza Minnelli (see above).

The Estate has already objected to Robson's claim because it was both suspicious and filed too late.

Hn, your arguments are the dumbest. 12jurors also found lots of criminals not guilty, but we all know OJ did it.

The FBI Have their most wanted lists for decades at times. They couldn't t those criminals, should they come off the list automatically?

HN you are so dumb,I bet you worked for the TMZ spammers. How much did you make last week? And your ex's aunt's gay lover Mimi?

“I don’t think we’re done yet,” Zonen said. “All these people, these suspected victims, are now in their early 30s, all young adults and they are coming to grips with what happened to them.”

More dirt more dirt, more dirt until the RABIDS hurt.

There are so many reasons why this story is incorrect and off-base, the most obvious of which is, if this young man was truly molested, why is now just coming forward.

It is simply not believable that he experienced some repressed memories and now it's coming back to him. The Michael Jackson Pepsi commercials (first with his brothers, and then with him as a solo artist) were made at least 20 years ago. So, the question becomes, why would an allegation be made at this time? (To be continued....)

First of all, while I am an MJ fan, I love and respect children more. And, if I truly believed that MJ was a child molester, I would have stopped admiring him many years ago. What is happening now, and it should be clear to all who are honest, is an attempt to jump on the bandwagon and smear MJ in order to gain monetarily. There is this attempt to make MJ appear guilty by sheer numbers; in other words, the thought is, if more people come forward that means without ONE iota of proof, that Michael Jackson must be guilty of something. (I guess the thinking is, where there is some there is fire.) But, in this country, we have the Sixth Amendment; we are innocent until proven guilty. In theory, one can have X number of accusers, but there has to be some physical evidence in order to gain a conviction. Try as some in the media might, most notably the NY Daily News and Diane Dimond, they have not been able to get MJ convicted in a court of law or in the cour t of public opinion, except in the minds of MJ haters. Why not? Because they have not produced one shred of credible evidence, and they have tried their hardest to try to back up their claims that MJ was a pedophile. MJ was a heterosexual, whether some of you want to believe it or not. (And, yes, there's proof. Lisa Marie Presley, heir to one of the richest fortunes in rock history, would have no reason to lie that she and MJ had sex.) While I do not believe that MJ was all that he should have been and that he should have been more careful around children, I do not for one minute believe that he physically molested them. At some point, folks are going to have to produce some evidence. Mere accusations are NOT ENOUGH to destroy a man's legacy and his contributions just to music but to the American story, particularly during the 1980s. This is all a filthy lie. Mr. Safechuck has had more than 20 years to come forward. So, why is he coming forward now, and particularly 5 years after Mr. Jackson's death? This is very suspicious. And, try as they might, without any shred of credible evidence, his lawsuit and Mr. Robson's will go down in flames, simply because they make no sense. Wade Robson testified on MJ's behalf when Mr. Robson was a GROWN MAN who could think and speak for himself. Therefore, he could have refused to testify for MJ, and he could have easily come out and said that he was molested as well while MJ was alive. But, he did not. So, try as they might, these accusations appear to be manufactured, phony and as a attempt to add more potential victims to make Mr. Jackson look guilty. However, just because one has numerous accusers, it does not make one guilty. This is not how American jurisprudence works. One must have an eyewitness, evidence, or at least a contemporaneous report made to the police soon after the alleged incident. I am aware that victims of molestation sometimes will hide it out of shame or fear, or both. But, I am confident that this is not the case. No, Mr. Safechuck was not suffering from repressed memories. He is coming forward to jump on a bandwagon, but he will be in for rude awakening.

if you are Not up today with child sex abuse issues, go have a good read on the subject before you become a child sex abuser ring member. If you are a rabid fan, go cry your eyes out, because you don't,t need your eyes no more.

What I Think

I bet that Brett Barnes will be the next one to finally come forward and admit that he was sexually molested by MJ.

It's amazing everyone will come after MJ in life and death for the alleged, but one goes after Elvis for actually sleeping with and marrying an underage Priscilla. I guess it really is good to be the 'king'.

Another molestation charge. I'd be curious to know how many boys (husbands) MJ had.

What I Think

I just watched that Pepsi commercial and MJ's dancing (if you could call it that) was pathetic. If you want to see a great dancer, then watch any movie James Cagney danced in.
