'Californication' Star

Smashes Car on Sunset Blvd.

EXCLUSIVE

"Californication" star Madeline Zima smashed her car into another vehicle on Sunset Blvd. Saturday night.

Madeline rear-ended another car in West Hollywood.  It was bad enough that Zima's car had to be towed.

No injuries to speak of.

Madeline's friends consoled her -- she was clearly shaken up. Our photog asked her what happened ... but the 28-year old wasn't in the mood to talk.  Maybe that was wise ... right to remain silent and all that.

USEFUL TIDBIT:  If you rear-end another car, you're pretty much screwed.  No defense.

Cali*********** is still on the air? You cannot be called or considered a 'Star' Driving a 3 series in LA.

That useful tidbit wouldn't be correct with the other rear end accident you covered recently. As much as I hate V. Stiviano, it turns out she wasn't at fault for the rear end accident she was in, despite her being the car in back.

That is why I have a dash mounted Go Camera. Lots of aholes around where I live that like to check up if they think you following too close. A quick video to the cops and the table is turned.

TMZ, the poor girl got into an accident. seriously, the only question that should be asked of her is if she needs medical attention.

How many times has Harvey rear-ended someone? Sounds like an ideal call-in question for TMZ (tm) Live.

TMZ, your 'USEFUL TIDBIT' is more like a 'USELESS TIDBIT'.

Yes. Someone who rear ends a driver is ALMOST always at fault. Notice I said ALMOST???

It IS possible for the driver of the car that was rearended to be at fault IF:

He reverses suddenly
He stops to make a turn but fails to execute the turn
The brake lights don't work
The driver has a flat tire and doesn't pull over or use 4 ways
The driver is drunk
The sudden and unexpected entrance of another car, pedestrian or object into the car who rear ends the car in front of him makes him not at fault

Did the dingbats over from the Fishwrapper page write this article?
