More Legal Trouble for Don Vito

Don Vito, the unintelligible, overweight uncle of jackass Bam Margera, was charged with 12 felony counts of violating bail related to a Colorado arrest last year. Vito was charged with fondling three girls between the ages of 13 and 15, during an August 2006 appearance at a Colorado Mills mall. One girl testified at a preliminary hearing that Vito grabbed her breast.

He pled not guilty to all charges and was freed on $50,000 bail. As a condition of his bail, he was ordered not to use drugs or alcohol, and to have no contact with children. It was not immediately clear what the nature of his bail violations were.

Vito regularly appears on Margera's MTV show "Viva La Bam" and is often the butt of Bam's jokes and attacks.

The trial will reconvene on October 22.
