Just because you give a girl implants doesn't mean you can do with them as you please ... assuming, of course, she had a boob job.

Hot Maxim cover girl Monica Hansen is suing a plastic surgeon for using pictures of her to advertise on his website. According to the lawsuit, Hansen claims her doc, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, splashed pictures of her all across his website without her permission.

We did a quick check of his site, www.lhochsteinmd.com ... no pictures of Hansen in sight anymore.

Truth be told ... the suit doesn't say if Dr. Hochstein did work on Hansen or whether she had a boob job at all. But here's our guess....
