Deja Vu -- Schroder Sued in Small Claims Court

Just two months after winning one small claims lawsuit, Rick Schroder is facing another.

A contractor claims Schroder didn't pay for materials and supplies for a water main project on a road right near his house. The contractor filed for $4,635.28 in Malibu.

Back in April, Schroder was victorious in court after a woman sued him over some missing tools.

Calls to Schroder's people -- and even Rick himself -- were not returned.

One more case ...Rick will qualify to get a court show of his very own!
