Dennis Hopper Death Certificate
TMZ has just obtained Dennis Hopper's death certificate ... which lists his cause of death as hepatic (liver) failure and prostate cancer. According to the doc, Hopper had hepatic failure for 3 days and prostate cancer for 9 years.
The certificate is unspectacular, noting that the actor is "married" -- a status Dennis desperately wanted to change before his death.
