Hot Dog Eating Champ -- A Big Wiener in Court -- Takeru Kobayashi
Competitive hot dog eating champion Takeru Kobayashi just scored a foot-long victory in court -- because his trespassing case was just "basically dismissed" by a judge in Brooklyn.
Takeru was in court moments ago to face charges of resisting arrest, trespassing and obstructing governmental administration -- after he bum-rushed the stage at this year's Nathan's International Hot Dog Eating Contest.
Luckily for the elastic stomached hot dog demolisher, the sweet taste of justice crossed his lips today, after his lawyer says the judge decided to "basically dismiss" the case.
Outside of court, Kobayashi -- through translator -- said he had "no regrets at all."
