For the first time in years, Heidi Klum spent Valentine's Day WITHOUT the company of Seal.
Heidi -- accompanied by a bodyguard -- was out on Sunset Blvd. last night around 7:30 PM ... walking right past Boa restaurant and into an area where you can enter the Soho House ... a super-fancy members-only club with a restaurant and a bar.
Heidi was mum when we asked about her split from Seal ... but sources say Heidi still plans to move forward and will file for divorce.
