The window Russell Brand allegedly smashed with a projectile cell phone is good as new -- and TMZ has learned, Russell's camp coughed up $240 to fix it.

We're told the New Orleans office building window was refurbished last night -- and a production assistant from the movie Russell's currently shooting in town swung by soon after to pay for it ... with $240 in cash.

TMZ broke the story ... Brand was accused of snatching a photog's camera phone on the street Monday night -- and rocketing it through a nearby window.
