Derrick Rose Injury: Torn ACL, Out for the Season

That sound you just heard was everyone in Chicago screaming "Nooooooo!" in unison.

Reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls suffered a torn ACL today and will miss the rest of the season, the team announced.

The injury occurred with just over a minute to go and the Bulls clearly about to win.

Rose played in only 39 games this season because of a litany of injuries ... including turf toe, back spasms, pulled groin and foot injuries.
