Brooke Mueller's parents say ... reports that she relapsed are bogus and that she is "getting what she needs" by going back to rehab.
Mueller's lawyer told TMZ ... her return to rehab was part of the plan all along and NOT relapse-related.
We spotted Mueller's dad and mom (who looks more like her slightly older sister) out at BOA last night. The couple told our photog ... Brooke has done nothing wrong and they support her and her two children completely.
