Lauren Silberman -- NFL's Failed Female Kicker Isn't Lingerie Football League Material

The female kicker who bombed her NFL tryout isn't even good enough to play for the Lingerie Football League ... according to an LFL rep, who tells TMZ, they're only interested in "real" football players.

You'll recall, Lauren Silberman made history yesterday -- becoming the first woman ever to try out for the NFL ... while humiliating herself on a national scale in the process.

Silberman -- a former soccer player from the University of Wisconsin -- completely botched two kicks ... propelling them roughly 15 yards each ... before calling it quits with a quadricep injury.

But even though Lauren is kinda cute, the LFL (which now officially stands for Legends Football League) says it's "only interested in real football players, not soccer players turned kickers. We don't have girls that just kick in our league."

FYI -- there ARE kickers in the LFL ... but they play other positions as well.
