Not all judges stick together ... at least according to Supreme Court gavel-banger Stephen Breyer ... who made it clear he's no fan of daytime court shows.

Justice Breyer -- along with his bench buddy Justice Kennedy -- were strollin' around Capitol Hill in D.C. yesterday when we asked if they were fans of "Judge Judy" or "Judge Mathis" ... two quality court programs.
