The hot female passenger who was in Justin Bieber's Lambo during his DUI arrest is the ex-girlfriend of NFL superstar DeSean Jackson, TMZ Sports has learned.
The woman is Chantel Jeffries -- who was in a relationship with the Philadelphia Eagles receiver until last summer. Before they broke up, Chantel and DeSean plastered images of themselves all over social media.
She's also been connected with Justin Combs -- Diddy's son.
Chantel is a self-described model, student and according to her Twitter account, she's also an eyebrow connoisseur.
As we previously reported, Justin was arrested in Miami early Thursday morning after cops say he was drag racing while under the influence.
