TMZ Sports obtained video of Sale at the wedding of then-teammate Alex Rios in Puerto Rico in 2012 -- in an epic 1-man dance off to the Carly Rae Jepson hit.
He lip-syncs the entire song ... he does the hand-phone move during the hook ... and he jumps off the stage ... all without ever spilling his drink.
