Dallas Cowboys -- 'Male Cheerleader' Dominates 'American Ninja Warrior'

Tony Romo should pay close attention ... because a male cheerleader from the Dallas Cowboys ran a CLINIC in how to win on last night's "American Ninja Warrior" -- and it was awesome.

25-year-old Kevin Klein -- who runs the giant Cowboys flags on to the field every week -- was a competitor on the NBC show Monday night and dominated ... putting up the fastest time of the night.

Bonus -- the guy busted out some Michael Jackson dance moves after completing the obstacle course ... and crushed that, too!
