Justin Bieber Charged With Misdemeanor Vandalism In Egging Case
We've learned Justin Bieber has just copped a plea deal.
Justin Bieber will be charged Wednesday with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor's house.
The L.A. County District Attorney will file the charge ... after months of trying to decide whether to file the case as a misdemeanor or a felony.
TMZ posted video -- shot by the victim during the January attack -- in which Bieber's voice is clearly heard. And surveillance video seized from Bieber's home showed he was right there at the scene of the crime during the egging.
One prosecutor who investigated the case told the victim of the attack, "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."
Apparently the big wigs in the office disagreed.
Bieber will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM PDT but he will not be present.
