The University of Missouri football team time-warped all the way back to 2011 yesterday ... when one of the coaches stopped practice to run a clinic on HOW TO DOUGIE!!

Apparently, dance parties are pretty common at Tigers practices ... they've done the wiggle wiggle, the yeet and even the Haka dance.

Still, reigning Dougie champ is Kate Upton. Forever.
