Cameron Dallas was greeted Tuesday at LAX by an absolutely INSANE mob of his fans and one of them got a little more than she bargained for ... when his driver clipped her foot as he drove away.

The girl was just fine and probably thought the pain was worth it ... since Cameron hopped out of the car to check if she was okay and gave her a huge hug.

The Vine star even reached out to her later on social media. We're told Dallas also sent her flowers and offered to pay any medical expenses.

Yeah ... totally worth it.
