Justin Bieber has another scooter in his life.
The Biebs was tooling around Bev Hills Tuesday on a Uscooter, after cancelling appearances in NYC. As we reported, Bieber had something of a mental meltdown, which caused wild mood swings and bizarre behavior over the last few weeks. He's also dealing with "personal issues."
Our sources say he needs time to himself. The scooter may not solve his problems, but every little bit helps.
