'Bachelorette' runner-up Nick Viall's flirt game is still strong ... based on his run-in with a TMZ photog at LAX, anyway.

We got Nick at baggage claim when he happened to run into a pair of our photogs -- Jake and Brittany ... who happens to be a huge 'Bachelor/Bachelorette' fan.
