Chuck D: Don't Sweat ISIS, Nelly ... Look Out for Ferguson Cops

Public Enemy's Chuck D has some advice to Nelly about cancelling concerts for fear of terrorism, and it's ... get back on the road, it might be safer than the U.S.

TMZ broke the story -- Nelly pulled the plug on a few concerts in the UK because he didn't think security was up to snuff in the wake of the Paris terror attacks.

We asked Chuck about it at LAX and he quickly remembered Nelly is from St. Louis -- just down the road from Ferguson, MO -- and then he made a comparison to ISIS that many will call controversial. Others just might agree.
