T.I. told us something we didn't know ... even though he's a convicted felon, he's allowed to vote.
We got the rapper at LAX Sunday and he schooled us on voting rights. He's right ... once a felon is off parole, they can re-register to vote.
He's voted for Obama both times, and has a favorite in this year's election.
