10-year-old Noah had the best weekend EVER -- when his favorite NFL player took him and 3 other kids on a dream come true weekend in Charlotte earlier this month ... complete with bowling, basketball and of course, DABBING!

Noah, who's currently battling a life-threatening pulmonary condition, had reached out to Make-A-Wish earlier in the year in the hopes Newton would help raise his spirits.

Well, on April 1st ... Newton delivered ... with a little help from the Lokai bracelet company.

You gotta watch the video ... Newton was everything Noah had hoped for and more -- and he says he'll remember the weekend for the rest of his life.
