Bill Cosby took the sting out of a major court defeat by getting the hell out of Dodge ... on a private jet.
A dejected looking Cosby boarded the plane after a Pennsylvania judge ruled his attorneys would not be allowed to cross-examine Andrea Constand during the preliminary hearing. His team felt it was Cosby's "constitutional right" to confront his accuser in court.
Cosby is set to stand trial for drugging and molesting Constand in 2004.
His attorneys say they will appeal Thursday's ruling in the state's Supreme Court.
