Eve: Ruff Ryders Reunion Can Still Happen But ...

Eve is still talking the talk all Ruff Ryders fans wanna hear -- saying she WILL rejoin her crew, but there's something she's NOT saying that's less encouraging.

You'll recall, Eve told TMZ back in 2012 she was down to get back together with DMX and co -- and yet, here we are 4 years later and still no reunion. We got Eve in NYC and asked what's cooking?

Check out her answer ... she's keeping it positive.

But she didn't mention her billionaire husband Maximillion Cooper, who she married in 2014, and lives with in England ... when they're not traveling the world, that is. We're not saying Eve's got better things to do now.
