Nick Jonas Not Hooking Up With Model

Nick Jonas is still on the prowl cause he's definitely NOT banging the model he's been kicking it with in Hawaii ... according to her, anyway.

Sarah Duque Lovisoni is telling friends even though she and Nick appeared to get close in Honolulu ... they're just friends. We're told they happened to be on the island at the same time -- Nick's shooting "Jumanji" and Sarah's there for a photo shoot.

They met through mutual friends a few years back and caught up this week.
