District Judge Tony Graf Jr. will hear arguments Tuesday in Provo, UT, to decide if there's enough probable cause to justify a murder trial.
Robinson hasn't entered a plea to the 6 charges he's facing yet ... but prosecutors are expected to go for the death penalty.

Around 3,000 people were reportedly in attendance, listening to Charlie speak at the college before he was shot to death.
